A top-equipped kitchen (8.00 x 4.00 m) is available for guests, complete with a 75” Smart TV, dishwasher, wood-burning fireplace, and a large 10-seat central table.
The ground floor includes 3 bathrooms: one with a shower and two half-baths.
A professional kitchen is also available only upon prior agreement with the owners.
The pool and garden provide luxurious comfort for your vacation.

Additional Notes
The villa is located in the countryside but only 1 km from the center of two small towns with all essential services and shops: butcher, grocery store, fruit and vegetable shops, ATM, pharmacy, etc., and just 3 km from a large shopping center.
Being in the countryside, you can enjoy full freedom in our 6.00 x 12.00 m pool with a depth of 140 cm.
The villa is ideal for families with small pets and for groups of friends looking to have fun with the pool, billiards, ping-pong, foosball, chess.
Vibrating platforms and a rowing machine are available for those who want to stay fit.
A piano is available for music lovers.
This is a hunting reserve, so you may occasionally see various animals such as pheasants, hares, and many species of birds.
