REGOLAMENTO PER GLI OSPITI DI: VILLA DALLA BENETTA
È severamente VIETATO FUMARE nelle camere e nell’appartamento. È possibile fumare all’esterno della struttura utilizzando gli appositi posacenere. Ai trasgressori sarà applicata la sanzione prevista dalla legge.
Per ragioni di sicurezza SPEGNERE SEMPRE LUCI / ELETTRODOMESTICI quando si esce e assicurarsi che la porta sia chiusa. Se l’ospite non rispetta questa regola, il gestore sarà autorizzato ad entrare nell’appartamento/camera per spegnere ciò che rimane acceso.
Non aprire mai agli estranei e contattare subito i proprietari
Non è permesso, per motivi di Pubblica Sicurezza, far accedere altre persone all’interno della Locazione Turistica, senza il permesso dei proprietari.
E’ severamente vietato l’uso di fornellini, stufe a combustibili solidi, liquidi o gassosi nonché accendere fuochi.
Per garantire a tutti un piacevole soggiorno, gli ospiti sono pregati di evitare rumori molesti rispettando la quiete e il riposo, sia all’interno della struttura sia all’esterno, rispettando i seguenti orari di silenzio: dalle 13.00 alle 15.00 e dalle 24.00 alle 8.30.
Gli ospiti potranno uscire e rientrare dalla struttura a loro piacere.
All’interno della villa non sono ammessi animali da compagnia; sono invece ammessi animali da accompagnamento.
Si raccomanda un uso corretto e civile dei servizi igienici, evitando di gettare alcunché nel wc (usare gli appositi cestini presenti nel bagno).
In caso di danneggiamento delle dotazioni e degli arredi che esuli dalla normale usura, il costo sarà interamente addebitato all’ospite e detratto dalla cauzione. Ove questa non fosse sufficiente, sarà richiesta l’integrazione.
CHECK-IN
La consegna delle stanze è prevista dalle ore 16:00 alle ore 22:00. Vi preghiamo comunque di comunicare l’orario previsto di arrivo.
Al momento dell’arrivo i clienti devono fornire un documento di riconoscimento per la registrazione e regolarizzare nel contempo il pagamento del soggiorno prenotato.
All’arrivo ricevete una scheda/badge che apre il la porta d’entrata e la porta della vostra camera, che dovrete riconsegnare al momento del check-out.
Il prezzo pattuito per il soggiorno nella nostra villa comprende la fornitura di asciugamani, lenzuola, il kit per l’igiene personale, l’uso della tv e dei condizionatori d’aria/pompe di calore e l’uso di tutti gli accessori bagno.
All’interno della camera da letto e del bagno troverete tutto ciò di cui avrete bisogno: coperte, cuscini, asciugamani, prodotti per l’igiene personale, etc. Per qualsiasi altra necessità non esitate a chiedere.
CHECK-OUT
Il giorno della partenza le camere vanno lasciate libere entro le ore 10:00 un ritardo comporterà l’addebito di un ulteriore notte.
Gli ospiti sono pregati di lasciare la cucina e tutti i suoi accessori in condizioni di ordine e pulizia (nella cucina sono presenti tutti i prodotti e gli accessori necessari per effettuare le operazioni di riordino).
Prima della partenza il personale addetto verificherà lo stato dell’appartamento e delle sue dotazioni per verificarne l’integrità.
COLAZIONE
Troverete tutto l’occorrente per prepararvi la colazione: moka e macchinetta del caffè, bollitore d’acqua, monoporzioni di caffè, thè, zuccheri vari, olio, aceto, etc.
SICUREZZA
La direzione si esonera da ogni responsabilità per eventuali oggetti personali lasciati incustoditi nelle camere o nelle zone comuni. Sarà responsabilità degli ospiti custodire tutti gli oggetti personali (compresi quelli di valore), sia nelle camere che nelle zone comuni dell’appartamento.
Ogni abuso verrà segnalato alle Autorità di Pubblica Sicurezza locali.
REGULATION FOR VILLA DALLA BENETTA GUESTS
SMOKING is strictly FORBIDDEN in the rooms and in the apartment. It is possible to smoke outside the structure using the appropriate ashtrays. Offenders will be subject to the sanction provided for by law.
For safety reasons ALWAYS SWITCH OFF LIGHTS / APPLIANCES when leaving and make sure the door is closed. If the guest does not comply with this rule, the manager will be authorized to enter the apartment / room to turn off whatever remains on.
Never open to strangers and contact the owners immediately
It is not allowed, for reasons of Public Safety, to allow other people to enter the Tourist Location.
The use of stoves, solid, liquid or gaseous fuel stoves as well as lighting fires is strictly prohibited.
To guarantee everyone a pleasant stay, guests are asked to avoid disturbing noises by respecting the quiet and rest, both inside the structure and outside, respecting the following hours of silence: from 13.00 to 15.00 and from 24.00 to 8.30 .
Guests can leave and return to the hotel as they please.
Pets are not allowed inside the villa; pets are allowed instead.
Correct and civil use of the toilets is recommended, avoiding throwing anything into the toilet (use the special bins in the bathroom).
In the event of damage to the equipment and furnishings beyond normal wear and tear, the cost will be fully charged to the guest and deducted from the deposit. If this is not enough, integration will be required.
CHECK IN
The delivery of the rooms is scheduled from 16:00 to 22:00. However, please communicate your estimated time of arrival.
Upon arrival, customers must provide an identification document for registration and at the same time regularize the payment of the booked stay.

The agreed price for the stay in our villa includes the supply of towels, sheets, the personal hygiene kit, the use of TV and air conditioners / heat pumps and the use of all bathroom accessories.

CHECK-OUT
On the day of departure the rooms must be vacated by 10:00 am a delay will result in the charge of an additional night.

SAFETY
The management is exempt from any responsibility for any personal items left unattended in the rooms or in the common areas. It will be the responsibility of the guests to keep all personal items (including those of value), both in the rooms and in the common areas of the apartment.
Any abuse will be reported to the local Public Safety Authorities.
VORSCHRIFTEN FÜR GÄSTE DER VILLA DALLA BENETTA
Das Rauchen außerhalb des Gebäudes ist mit den entsprechenden Aschenbechern möglich. Zuwiderhandelnde unterliegen den gesetzlich vorgesehenen Sanktionen.
AUS Sicherheitsgründen IMMER LEUCHTEN / GERÄTE AUSSCHALTEN, wenn Sie das Haus verlassen und sicherstellen, dass die Tür geschlossen ist. Wenn der Gast diese Regel nicht einhält, ist der Verwalter berechtigt, die Wohnung / das Zimmer zu betreten, um den Rest auszuschalten.
Öffne dich niemals Fremden und kontaktiere die Besitzer sofort
Aus Gründen der öffentlichen Sicherheit ist es nicht gestattet, anderen Personen den Zutritt zum Touristenort zu gewähren.

Haustiere sind in der Villa nicht erlaubt; Haustiere sind stattdessen erlaubt.
Es wird empfohlen, die Toiletten korrekt und zivil zu benutzen und zu vermeiden, dass etwas in die Toilette geworfen wird (benutzen Sie die speziellen Mülleimer im Badezimmer).
Bei Schäden an den Geräten und Einrichtungsgegenständen, die über die normale Abnutzung hinausgehen, werden die Kosten vollständig dem Gast in Rechnung gestellt und von der Kaution abgezogen. Wenn dies nicht ausreicht, ist eine Integration erforderlich.
EINCHECKEN
Die Übergabe der Zimmer ist von 16:00 bis 22:00 Uhr geplant. Bitte teilen Sie uns jedoch Ihre voraussichtliche Ankunftszeit mit.
Bei der Ankunft muss der Kunde einen Ausweis für die Registrierung vorlegen und gleichzeitig die Zahlung des gebuchten Aufenthalts regeln.
Bei Ihrer Ankunft erhalten Sie eine Karte / einen Badge, der das Eingangstor und die Tür zu Ihrem Zimmer öffnet, die Sie beim Check-out zurückgeben müssen.
Der vereinbarte Preis für den Aufenthalt in unserer Villa beinhaltet die Bereitstellung von Handtüchern, Bettwäsche, das persönliche Hygieneset, die Nutzung von TV und Klimaanlagen / Wärmepumpen sowie die Nutzung aller Badaccessoires.
Im Schlafzimmer und im Badezimmer finden Sie alles, was Sie brauchen: Decken, Kissen, Handtücher, Körperpflegeprodukte usw. Für alle anderen Bedürfnisse zögern Sie nicht zu fragen.
AUSCHECKEN
Am Abreisetag müssen die Zimmer bis 10:00 Uhr geräumt sein, bei Verspätung wird eine zusätzliche Nacht berechnet.
Die Gäste werden gebeten, die Küche und alle Zubehörteile in Ordnung und Sauberkeit zu hinterlassen (in der Küche befinden sich alle Produkte und Zubehörteile, die zum Aufräumen benötigt werden).
Vor der Abreise überprüft das Personal den Zustand des Apartments und seiner Ausstattung, um deren Unversehrtheit zu überprüfen.
FRÜHSTÜCK
Sie finden alles, was Sie zum Frühstück brauchen: Mokka- und Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Einzelportionen Kaffee, Tee, verschiedene Zuckerarten, Öl, Essig usw.
SICHERHEIT
Die Direktion ist von jeglicher Verantwortung für persönliche Gegenstände befreit, die unbeaufsichtigt in den Zimmern oder in den Gemeinschaftsbereichen gelassen werden. Es liegt in der Verantwortung der Gäste, alle persönlichen Gegenstände (einschließlich Wertgegenstände) sowohl in den Zimmern als auch in den Gemeinschaftsbereichen der Wohnung aufzubewahren.
Jeder Missbrauch wird den örtlichen Behörden für öffentliche Sicherheit gemeldet.
